Creative by Nature.

We love that moment when someone who never thought of themselves as creative looks at their mini watercolour artwork and realises, I actually painted this.

Our activities are relaxed, guided painting experiences that invite people to slow down, stay longer, and connect — with their creativity, with each other, and with the space they’re in.

Creativity belongs to everyone. It’s something we were all created with, and there’s something special about seeing it unfold.

Our Mission

African Penguin that is painted in watercolour and part of our Painting Kits sold at Coffee Shops

Our mission is to inspire creativity and connection through art that celebrates South African wildlife, while purposefully supporting conservation and mission work that makes a real difference.

We do this by offering mindful art experiences through selected coffee shops and retail spaces who share our heart for art, people and our unique South African wildlife.

We donate R10 of our profits for every Critically Endangered Species Watercolour Activity Kit sold.

Thank you to everyone who bought and painted an African Penguin or White Rhino. TOGETHER, even small contributions can make big impact.

No-Fuss Paint Parties

When a customer loves the Wilde Watercolour experience, one of the easiest ways to bring new faces into your space is to suggest a birthday paint get-together with a few friends.

No fuss. No planning. Just a calm, creative outing where friends connect, sip coffee, enjoy a snack, and paint something beautiful together.

The faith-driven Business Owner

At Wilde Colours, we believe business can reflect God’s creativity and care for His world.
Every product, experience, and interaction is an opportunity to serve—bringing joy, nurturing trust, and protecting all of creation and the spaces we love.
True greatness, as Jesus showed, comes through service and purpose, not profit alone. This year, we choose to create with heart, hope, and impact and taking time to examine our hearts as David did.

Psalm 139:23-24
"Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting".

Why Painting Experiences Work So Well in Coffee Shops

Coffee shops are already places where people slow down, connect, and feel at home. Adding a guided painting experience naturally deepens that feeling.

Our Growing Collective

At the end of 2025 we were blessed to have Zulu Lulu Arthouse and Roots Clay Cafe  join our growing collective in KZN.

KZN has often taken a backseat as a creative hub compared to Gauteng and the Cape, but with your help, that picture is changing.
More and more the rugged beauty of KZN is attracting everyday creatives, not just die-hard naturalists.

As always we are open to ideas and suggestions on how we can better serve you and help you better serve your customers.
