We currently ship and service distributors within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Free shipping on all orders over R2,000 (incl. VAT). Orders below R2,000 will incur a flat courier fee, R120. 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.

Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. A delivery address within South Africa is required. 

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified address.

Please inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

Due to the nature of wholesale trade, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

- Replacement of goods, or Credit note (at our discretion)

We do not accept returns for:

- Buyer’s remorse

- Overstocked items

- Incorrect orders placed by the customer

- Items that have been opened, used, or resold

No returns will be accepted without prior written approval. Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. If a return is approved for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
